CCTV:

Our premises also use CCTV to capture images of visitors and staff for the purpose of crime prevention and public safety.

Crime Prevention and Public safety:

  • We use CCTV footage to aid crime prevention and to ensure public safety at our venues. This information will not be transferred to a third party with the exception of law enforcement agencies.

Legal Requirements:

  • We need your data to comply with tax laws and other legal requirements.

What we do with it?

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information may be located on servers within the European Union.

No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We do however share some data with third-party data processors in order to assist in the fulfillment of the delivery of our products, services or your employment.

Where this occurs, we have put in place a data processing agreement with those third parties concerned which includes adherence to appropriate data security requirements as required by law. We will not pass your information to any third party out of the European Union without first obtaining your consent. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. We can provide details of this upon request.

How long do we keep it?

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. More information on our retention schedule can be made available upon request.

What we would also like to do with it?

We would however like to use your name, phone number and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone and email.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request a copy of your data in a portable format and to restrict our processing of your data.
